Help with online!!!

I am trying to play online but it keeps crashing and have done crash dumps prefrence and cache and so have my mtes but dosent matter who hosts it just comes up with error message and closes down every-time did it through whole of fm 14 i just thought it was game now its happening on this one can you help me please

It happened a lot to me and my friends last year as well, but i discovered that every crash occurred when someone had a press conference, so we gave all interviews to our assistant and now it crashes less than 2 times per season, which is just the standard crashes you also get playing single player

I don't know if this helps you but it fixed our problem
