Help with pep talks please!

I can't seem to find how to give a pep talk before or after a game anywhere. It's kind of embarrassing, but I've been playing without it for way too long and I need to know. Thank you.

Actually, I went to find this in my game, and it was not there. I can not find it.

Are you using the default skin?
Are you playing FM Classic? (I don't actually know myself having never played it but many things in classic are not there)
Can you take a screen shot of the pre-match or half time screens and post here?
