Help with press conferences

Most times i say 'no comment'. Some players seem upset. I feel like saying things that will get the team to concentrate/the not to be over confident approach. Does this work?

I send my assistant all the time.. The questions just get too repetative.

Yeah indeed, well some questions like when you won a cup or something like that are kinda fun but its mostly that same questions :/

I do press conferences just to keep the morale up (all Superb) I can go 20-30 games unbeaten but once I get beat I have to start the whole process again. If I send my assistant he seems to get the players confused. But it does get boring the same question nearly all time hopefully FM 2012 there will alot more

Your player does absolutely great, and you give no comment?
He might be confused.
