Help with re training.

Hi can anyone help me out and explain to me how you train a player for a new position in FM2009.I have looked in training but cant fint an option for it,any help would be much appreciated.:S

Yip,i have looked and i cant find it and i cant find it in the instruction manual so i posted here hoping for a bit of help.Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Click the dropdown arrow on the 'views' part of the training menu. Select 'Position Training', and for each player, it should show by default a '--' under 'New Position'. Click it, and choose the new position you wish to train.
