Help with Scottish 3rd Division

Hi there,

Im going to start a game tonight with Albion Rovers in the Scottish 3rd division. I have no experience really in this league and I was wondering if anyone can help me with signings. I am looking for players who are good for this league and are willing to come. If anyone can help me with this then it would be greatly appreciated. Also any ideas what leagues to load to attract obscure foreign players to the league? Eg: Reunion, Bulgaria?

What kind of cash do you have?Do you have a position in mind that need a new signing.I think that Albion Rovers don't have a scout at the moment.You should get one.
