Help With Screenshots

Hey guys, I'm not sure if this is up already but I can't find it here. So I go to take a screenshot, pressing F12 and trying Alt + F9 but it doesn't do anything and when I look in the Sports Interactive Folder in FM 2012, there is nothing in screenshots, anyone know what to do?

If you have a laptop then you have to press fn + alt+ f9
