Help with Shrewsbury tactic 4-1-2-3

Hi there I am recently going into my second season as Shrewsbury Town and after a relatively successful 1st season, just missed out on promotion & bizarrely got to league cup final only to lose to arsenal reserves. Anyway im looking to nail down a couple of tactics for the team. Primarily a 4-1-2-3/4-3-3 where the team plays relatively fast football, where the two inside forwards sort of play in the channels and link with the striker to sort of create one-twos and through balls. I believe I have the forwards to play such a tactic, I havent really set many team instructions as of yet, just after some advice on how to set out such a tactic.

Looks like you've set the basics up already, so it's a case of looking to see if it's working like you want and if there are issues.
