Help with solid defense

I dont know for some reason I concede so many goals. Can anybody help me? I have Daniel Alves, Pique, Vidic, Ferdinand and Evra. But it seems my team keep conceding goals game after game. I have tried to tweak and made some research but there is no change. I am not sure as to why I concede so many goals as I have quality defenders. I am playing 442 formation. Dont know if someone here can help me out with my poor defence.

try this. i had my doubts previously but was pretty impressed after testing and so i've been using it in all of my save games.
