I have 2/3 very good players who tire very easy (down to 65% by half-time)

Can anyone help with individual training schedule just to improve fitness/satamina?
 
What ages or these players? If they are 28+ then there is little you can do. If they have a low Natural Fitness then there is frankly nothing you can do.

Try using them as Impact subs.
