Help With Wigan Team

im going to give wigan a try again after failling twice before

i have a budget of 8 mill and was thinking of buying these players

dorin goian - 1.3

feghouli - around 3.5

skjelbred - 1.2

just wondering if there are some players i should take a look at instead of these or should i make these my primary targets
