HELP!

trying to install from cd but when it goes to enter product code it's not working. The steam code i'm entering is 15 characters long where on the steam website it says it should be 13, 20 or 25. it's called football manager 2013 steam code, is this different from the product code, am i looking in the wrong place??? the steam code is on the back of the bottom of my instruction manual.

CAN ANYONE HELP???????

Is there no other code available to you? FM13 only runs through Steam, so you should be issued with one.

just the steam code on the bottom of the manual, enteered it 20 times now it's not working..
