Help.....

Hello guys,

When i start a new game i tend to take over a club and clear out all my unwanted backroomstaff and change the training programe and bring in the backroom staff i think that will help my squad improve.

But i was wondering what kind of stats do you look at and anyone know any good staff.. eg what stats do you look at for a shooting coach...

I would like help on them all ...

Strength
Areobic
GoalKeeping
Tatics
Ball Control
Defending
Attacking
Shooting
Set Pieces

Also look at Page 35 of the Manual that comes with the game - it tells you there
