need to provide more info mate, show us screenshots of your squad, recent results, current tactic. then we will have a better idea of whats going on. have you tried having a team meeting?

Moral! That is the key to any team. Anything less than Good can cause serious problems. Be sure to pick players on form, not on value. It doesn't matter how good his stats are, if he's on a 6 game run of poor games and ***** moral, his stats will count for nothing.
Don't overload your team instructions. Pick only a few, the things you specifically want them to do but don't try to turn it into FIFA: you can't control exactly how a match is played; every cross, pass, tackle, decision, ect. is down to the player and their individual styles.
Read the situation and act accordingly. If you are 1-0 away from home but fall to a 1-1 draw but were under pressure the entire second half: praise them, you could have lost that so don't ignore their hard work.
Keep the team happy and the result will come.
