Just got Middlesbrough promoted to the prem, and I cant score or win games?! Can anyone tell me why or share their tactics with me at all?!

Basically I have loads of possession and shots but nothing goes in! they have one shot and score! Ive tried changing tactics and formation ETC but nothing works!
