Major Help Needed!

I literally cant get any tactics to work at all! I have tried all of the most popular tactics followed every step they recommend and I still cant get anything to work. I always pick Newcastle to manage.


Any advice on what i maybe doing wrong or how a tactic what isnt so popular but very effective?

What is the team's morale like? How many games are you giving the tactics before making a decision? What is your training schedule like?

Try again ... give it time ...

1.) Start a New Season
2.) Play more than 5 friendly matches vs very small clubs
3.) Training : Team Cohesion ( High ) , match tactics

Dont give up ...

Or you can try one of Knap's tactics as well, and as FM14SERBIA said: give it a time.

since you use Newcastle you should be able to get a few players that fit the tactic. I currently have 2 saves one Piacenza Calcio(currently in 2033) and FSV Frankfurt(currently in 2017). the second save I am currently having trouble getting tactics other than a 4-2-3-1 to properly work. The Fast & Press V3 worked in both saves so try it to see if it works. In all tactics you may have to adjust a few things to get the maximum effect for Newcastle. there is also a Newcastle specific tactics at FMScout.
