Help!!

Im scunthorpe in league 1 first season, and im really struggling.

After making a good start its just gone downhill and im not able to score even after dominating

Can anyone help with players i could sign, formations and actics to use etc, would be appreciated

wat tactics have you got at the moment? screenshots would be good.

im not familiar with scunthorpe players so a brief description of your key players atrributes would help, eg 'player x' is a big man up front, 'player y' is atricky winger, 'player z' is a box to box midfielder, tough tackler, creative playmaker, speedy forward etc.
