i have just started a save and am really struggling on tactics every tactic i seem to download on here sees me getting beaten every week i am sheffield wednesday i have signed ebi smolarek and celestine babayaro and i have not signed any one as much help as possible would be appreciated thanks

STOP USING DIFFERENT TACTICS.

Thats the ONLY advice you need.

Players need to get used to a certain tactic, gel towards it. I'm in my 6th season and we've only used 3 tactics - pick a tactic, and let your players get used to it. Best way to do this is through pre season friendlies - stop changing them, it won't help anything.

Try and make sure all players are able to play in the position you've put them also.
