Help!?!

Hi, I have just recently bought FM2010 and need some help or feedback.

I am currently playing with man utd.

Can anyone help me, is there any way to stop 1st team players from being selected for the reserve matches because it tiring my players out and its so annoying when that happens

There is such a thing as the help thread.

You should get a message in your inbox, and say dont allow first team to play in reserves.

A need somebody Help not just anybody HELPPPPPPPP

Before a reserve game it will ask you what players you want to make available for the reserves remove all your Players you dont want playing
