if hes good then he'll want to play at a good team
sell him when he has a year left on his contract and get money for him instead of losing him for free

well he is world class..and my team,let's just say is an class lowe then him..i meen he alone is worth more then half of my team)..in 3 years i played him every game..a real super star..i didn't upset him..maybe you have right he needs a better team..but i payed 21m for him..and he is worth now only 4m because of the league reputation...i sold 5 players to have money for him
