when i try an start football manager 20111 it says "error:unable to find some essential data, please ensure the game is installed correctly, if the problem persista contact technical support"
i have unistalled an reinstalled the game but still the message appears, can anyone help

PC spec good enough? Pirate version? Tried to install the update patch afterwards? Got direct x installed?

i have been playing the game for a while, this is an error which has come out of the blue, it seems to be a problem playing it through steam, the spec of the pc is more than adequate, its a version bought from a shop, yes the patches have been installed, and i believe i have active x installed, any help you can offer would be cool
