I started as QPR, and only won 1 game all season - obviously i was relegated, any good tactics and players to get to help me win promotion and stay up?

I started with QPR in the relegation challenge. I did pretty well with this 4231. The only players I brought were 2 frees in the winter window - Beckham for the right side and Beattie for up front.
