After starting many new games, I have found out that it is best to do all of your transfers on the first or second day. It is usually not a big difference, but I have seen price on a player(Depay) jump by 15 million after I bought someone else. You can always delay a transfer if you are trying to sell players for funds. This is just a little hint that can make a break a start.
