Helping players settle.

In my game ive noticed that my *** manager often tells me in his feedback that player whoever is struggling to settle at the club. Apart from signing his best mate whats the best way to help players settle in. Ive had players 2 seasons in still not blended in and not getting the best out of him.

Loan him out to a country he's more used to or sign another player with the same nationality

Use team blend in future during pre-season for match prep.

Keep him actively in the squad and maybe even pair him into the same training routine as someone who is same nationallity or league. Works for me, and if it gets to bad let him go on holiday.

I generally tell them to **** off and work, and to be honest, havent failed me.
