Ok, I created three tactics for one squad to use thru season. One is for targetman (to head), one is for controlling the game, and one for containing result (example 2nd leg in Champions league, or a surprise lead against big team).
I suggest you to have (atleast) 1 long target, 1 proper adv forward type and 1 proper deep lying fwd type because these are the three you will be using.
Containing tactic will not be used much because it's very defensive. Only when you are a huge underdog in game or you want to contain your lead when your not expected to be winning or taking carefully in 2nd leg in cup match(example you play home against barca and win 2-0 and you're sure you won't get much done on their pitch, take this tactic and struggle some crappy 0-0 and barca is out :$)
Pitch: Standard (with bigger teams wide is also good because they will very rarely need containing tactic)
Opponent Instructions: Ast Manager(If you want to, marking , closing down, weaker foot to all ST/AMRCL players.. totally up to you.. if it benefits you use it.)
In game instructions: none (with control tactic retain posession can be used if stuggling to hold ball)

Here's screenies and a result from tactics. First tactic I used and result I got with it. Last result against braga is there only to show that tactic works I haven't needed that tactic much but when you need it, it is tested to work well
(And don't mind about those player positions in screenies.. I was just too lazy to change them right )
