Hercules Buy/Sell

I've just started a career with Hercules i have 4.9million to spend and i need a whole back four and a RAM if i play 4231.

Recommendation for players to buy and sell would be appreciated and even a better formation.

Gai Assulin for free (AMR), try and look at the transfer list and loan list for defenders that are cheap, perhaps fabio on loan or michael ball (lb) for free

Giovani Dos Santos (Spurs) has decent stats, and is only 21, I believe he's quite cheap too. If not you could buy Alex (Oxlade-)Chamberlain, he's only 17 you get him for under a million, and he grows rapidly.

You could try and get Rafael and possibly Bebe on loan from Man U for the season. Dodo comes quite cheap if I remember rightly, and he's a LWB wonderkid.
