Heres a lower league tactic

Ok i have devised a 442 tactic for my Millwall side which not only gets me results but i have been ******* League One and annihilated Norwich only to lose on penalties

i dont use OI

Training is 50% very high match tactics with Attacking movement

when fluid do what is neccessary

also i have trained my players all on their own positions

I say ******* the division but i have game in hand and beat Rochdale easily 2.0 at home

Cant see any problems really

If is big cup game do what Assistant says

It worked sort of v Norwich battered them in 120 mins but lost on pens

I like this 4-4-2 formation i have lots of strikers so i wanna use 2 strikers

hope others will try too, as i find in lower leagues its very watertight defensively, might need working on higher up the Leagues though.

thank for the tactic think the defence is awesome. hope this tactic keep working good, some tactic just stop working suddenly. so hope this one will keep working because is amazing tactic
