Here's a roster, what tactic would you make?

I thought this might be a challenging/interesting and fun exercise. I'm heading into my second season with Newcastle. Have yet to buy anyone in the upcoming transfer window and right now this is my senior roster.

What formation/style would you run with these players (Note: I have Pierre-Michel Lasogga incoming when his loan finishes and I plan to buy Cerri and De Jong when their loans end. Trying to go BIG with my strikers)?

check their attributes, and see what role and duty they would be good at...disregard assistant opinion....you need at least 11 in all required attributes...

Once you know what they are good at, you can think of a tactic....for example, if you have a poacher and wingers and inside forwards, those are fast players that need to run at defence, so a more defensive tactic and deeper defensive line would be suitable....if you have flanks good at supporting, you should focus passing through middle, and use attacking fullbacks or wingbacks...if you have adv, playmakers and target man, it would be more suitable to play a more attacking tactic...if all your players are creative, and good at passing, a tiki taka style perhaps....if they are physicall, but not technical, a LLM tactic would suit them...and so on...
