**( just wondering, I was looking at previous kits made and liked them alot and went to click on them to save them and apply them to my game, but it didn't work, has this way been changed? and if so how do you now apply, do you know have to take a config file? regards, J

Latest kits (since the server-migration) now just right click on them and save (check that the image file is named how you need to it to be in the config etc) before server-migration you needed to click twice on the kit to get it to the right file type to save. But nothing else has changed.

To install the kits on PC (not sure what you do on a mac... unless someone else can help out here...) you right click each kit, save into a folder. right click the config file and save that in the same folder as the kits. Put the folder in the graphics folder in your my documents/sportsinteractive/footballmanager2012/ folder.
