cheers mate, now ive read through the thread on how to add them to the game and tried that way but its not having it, then ive placed the kits and config into a seperate kits file within the graphics file and still no luck. now ive placed the kits and config within a huddersfield file in the garphics file and still no luck ... need a bit of help, sorry mate

This is my file structure:

mydocuments/sportsinteractive/football manager 2012/graphics/kits/ - i would suggest creating a new folder in here called "huddersfield" and putting the three kits and the config file in here.

What you also need to check for is that you do not already have any other kits/packs that have huddersfield in them, as that may cause a conflict... i.e. have you downloaded a whole kit pack with loads of kits from various leagues? to test this you can always cut and paste everything else you might have in your kits folder and put them somewhere safe out of the way and then just add the huddersfield folder on its own.

BTW you will have to assign a third kit to huddersfield in the editor as i dont believe that the in game system has a third kit for them.

ive removed all old kit packs and logo data so the graphics file is blank and now the game is restored to its original format. now ive created a huddersfield file within a kits folder which has been made in the graphics folder and contains the home and away kit with the config. ive now gone on the game preferences and clicked always reload skin on confirm and unticked use skin cache, waited for the new images to load and now instead of the orginial kits being there, 2 blank kits appear ......
 
This is very odd - i have just put the huddersfield kits along with config into my game and they worked perfectly :/ - have you gone into the editor and changed anything regarding huddersfield at all?...

Have you tested them with a new game scenario or just with your saved game?
 
No not even touched the editor mate, tried them firstly on my saved game and now just tried loading them up using a new game scenario and they havent worked ...
 
Can you send me the huddersfield file that you have used in your game for it to work please mate, will give it another go ... cheers
 
could you do screen shots for me, of the game, also of your file structure? cos i really cant understand how they dont work.... :(
 
Ok this rar file that i have attached is the exact kits and config that i put into my game. Download the rar and extract into mydocuments/sportsinteractive/football manager 2012/graphics/kits...

This should put a folder called "huddersfield" in that folder. That is all you should need to do.

I deleted my graphics folder and created a new one, followed the instructions you gave me and they have appeared in the game! Thanks for both the kits and help ... much appreciated.
 
Hey buddy its me again lol Hope your well :)

Can I request some more Sunderland tops please with the kit manufacture Canterbury. Can I have two different home tops and two different away tops if possible. You can decide the how they look and what colours (aslong as the home tops are red and white) etc. because im not the most creative type and I just your judgement as always....cheers buddy :)
