Ian Ronden the buisnessman behind the bid has links to Virgin, so I figure They'd make a good sponsor. As the main shirt is Red/White/Black I thought the Red Virgin logo wouldn't work so perhaps the White logo on the red circle but I'll leave that up to you to figure out what looks best.

For the 2nd & Third kits use the mockup Central Coast Mariners design only Green instead of Blue. Use the same type of Green as in the 5th picture which is the Tasmanian State side playing Sydney FC. Chairman John McGirr was at Austar before fronting the Tassie bid so they should suit for an sponsor. You may want to make the Austar logo white for the 1st team kit while the normal red should work on the 2nd & 3rd kits but again I'll leave that up to you to decide what suits best.
