'Hero' achievement question

Hi,
I'm currently jobless and want to complete the Hero achievement (Im playing 2015 version)

If I join a second-lowest division side - they get relegated to bottom and I then take them to First, will that work?
I'm not sure if you have to join the team when they're in bottom division can anyone enlighten me?

I'm not sure but wouldn't it be difficult to get relegated and keep your job?

if you join towards the end of the season they dont tend to consider the position till next season
