HG players for Squad registration

Hii,, i have a problem with HG player, while Squad registration in the UCL ....
My teams have players that are already on the team for 3 years (verrati and j. Svenson),, why current registration in the UCL Squad is Trained by club status?
What's the difference between HG (15-21) and HG (0-21)??
What is this bug?? 12.0.4 patch
What there are ways around this problem?

hg 15-21 is for players that have been in the club before their 21st b'day
hg 0-21 is for player who have been in england before their 21st b'day


sorry if its wrong/unclear, cuz im not at home and not playing fm12 atm to check it

edit: short note. the u21 player rule have changed from fm12 i think. wasnt like fm11

but sorry, this problem arises when UCL registration, players who already Trained by the club is not listed as HG players at UCL....
Is there a way to overcome this??

well it also has something to do with their birthdate.
