Yes your question is a bit vague. I have not played the PSP version, but I would assume it is a lot simpler than the PC version. It can be overwhelming at first. We where all there once

1 How do you sell players
2 How do you bring reserve players into first team

1. Right-click on a player and choose offer to clubs
2. right-click on a player and choose squad-first team

Reserve players to first team - [player name], squad, first team

Type in Hull City in the search bar, and hey presto

Search 'Hull' in the search bar in the top right, click the clubs tab after you've searched, and click Hull City
