I'm still waiting for that perfect tactic to pop up that doesn't require 3/4 strikers. 4-3-3 with wingers or 4-2-3-1 with lots of possession and goals would do me fine. I find that a lot of the tactics I have tried are inconsistent or lowish in possession in the realistic formations.

OI = Assistant suggestion (and always update between match)

Attacking Corner
Header = Attacking Near/Far Post
Long shot = Attack ball form deep / Lurk outside area
Corner Taker = Offer short option

Training = see Screen Shot

Pep talk = Demand More when behind or event score.
haft time talk
Team = not happy if behind or event score.
Individual = not happy if below 7 rating
= Still improve if between 7-8 rating
