My board is unhappy with me because i dont came across with they're wishes and buy high profile players? What players are described with high profile signins, and how could i buy high profile player with my club wich is CARDIFF?? my transfer budget is 5m euros

Set a meeting with Cardiff to change your philosophies.

I always change them to "Buy young Players for the first team" and "Produce young players from the academy for the first team". That way they ALWAYS upgrade my facilities whenever I want them to, and I can just sign as many youngsters as I like.
