Hello
I am currently playing as Fjolnir in the Icelandic leagues. Won promotion 1st season to the Icelandic premier league. However I have 2 scouts, neither of which have any assignments as never had any scouting budget so can not scout locally or even the Icelandic premier league however I am spending nearly 20k a month on scouting, any suggestions?
