I'm setting the work load for all my U20s just 1 tick higher than the default......will I even notice any difference, either with more injuries or faster progression?
 
Its a simple question, could someone just give me an answer?
 
It is best to download custom training schedules as they tend to train your players more efficiently. Injuries depend on each players work rate. Medium-High is probably the ideal balance so your players don't get too tired before matches and don't get injured yet improve themselves while training.

To have stats level up at a good rate you need to have individual training being 70% or higher so that means lowering your tactics training to something like low or very low after said tactic has been mastered fluidly by your squad.

Also stats level up faster if you have more coaches so as to have a lighter work routine for the coaching. Quality is more important than quantity though. Also having good facilities helps a lot.
