That's been a bug which has been reported numerous times for about four or five years now. They think they've fixed it for 10.2, but we'll see.

Oddest things I've seen so far is a player who I've permanently got a bid in for (I've withdrawn it numerous times but the bid is still there!) and the backroom staff complaining about the playing ability of a coach I'm trying to sign!

yet more gold from zeb, my fave fm-baser. i hate the permenant bid thing, i often have it for a coach that ive approached but hes declined, he just stays in the transfers section as a contract offer. and sometimes when im under pressure and other managers are linked to my job, i sometimes see contract offers to other managers in my transfers column, and they stay there for ages, just waiting to take my job!!!!!!!

What about when you concede a goal early but still win the match. In the press conference afterwards, it says about the early goal and how it can change a game. The options are the same ones that you would see if you had lost e.g. "we were always going to struggle when they scored an early goal" type thing.
