Highlights show my team scoring, but the scoreline does not update

I was 1-0 down at Stoke and my team made a comeback, scoring 3 goals in the second half. But even though the highlights showed me scoring the scoreline never updated & the stats never showed anyone from my team scoring. I ultimately ended up losing the game 1-0.

Has this kind of thing ever happened to anyone else? And is there anyway I can keep this from happening again? It's obviously very frustrating.

the same happened with me on my southampton save too...
