Hiring coaches for San Marino National team?

Hi everyone - I am trying to manage the San Marino national team for fun (I am not managing the club at the same time) - and I was wondering if I should hire new assistant managers/coaches and how to go about doing this. I am new at this game so if anyone can give me some advice in this aspect that would be fantastic. Thanks ahead of time!

go to the job center, and any vacancies you can place an advertisement for. Within a a couple weeks you will get some applications and can then hire them. Or you can filter staff by nationality, find any San Marino nationals and they are likely to join too.
