Do you know any way how to get my board room to allow more trainers? I need more because some are on 2 instead of 1 training and it affects the stars (quality) of the training heavily.
So I'm managing Fc Utrecht.
I just finished the first season. We got kicked out of the Euro league 4th place in group stages, altough that wasn't surprising. We got predicted to end like 9th in the league but I got 3rd 4 points behind 2nd place and champs league qual. And besides that I won the dutch cup.
The annoying part is that everytime I go to the board they just refuse to get more trainers. Even when I won the cup it was impossible.
Also the finances are just fine, because they are starting to renew the training facilities out of themselves.
I won't even need new staff members... because I have a few scouts/physio's who have amazing stats for being a trainer, so if I just had the opportunity to give them a trainer's contract....
