please help
Hallo all Hoffe's.
Just started game with them, and have some questions (which I do feel are important just in beginning):
- what kind of player instructions do you use? (I intended to give a go for normal 4-4-2 tactics, of course, with different team instructions in home and away games). But is there anything special I should instruct to any of my players?
- are you listening assistant advices before/during the game? I mean who to show into weaker foot etc.
- if and which training are you using?
- what about staff? Who to keep, who to fire...
- how, if and when is it wise to try and improve training and youth facilities?
- is there any special players who to sell/loan/terminate contract immediately? F.e. what are you doing with Ibisevic? Is it wise to let him go for 6M? Or another example: I just got many offers for Daniel Haas, everybody is offering 1M. What should I do?
- and finally: where is the best Bundesliga facepack and stadium backgrounds?
