Holiday feature?

i have a problem, kinda weird. when i go to 'go on holiday' instead of the usual options i just get the game status screen :s

Of course you can't go to holiday, you don't own legit copy of the game...

can someone help me.. I bought Footballmanager 2009 in January 2009 and since I've played it for the first time I wasn't able to "go on holiday"
I get me to the status screen..
If someone helped me I will be thankfull

If you have bought it then you shouldn't be having that problem at all. If you did buy it then download the latest patches.
