I have been reading through a number of thread that refer to how long you have played FM for with out stoping and starting again.

I am currently in 2018/19 and want to continue until aged 60, (45 now)

Can anyone advise me if going on holiday for long spells damages your profile, because I have worked so hard to build up my stats

As far as i'm aware the only thing thats affected when you go on holiday for large spells is your hands on approach so most teams will just think your lazy

Yep, the only stat which will suffer is your hands on approach, and I think the only way to raise that stat is by doing stuff like setting up your own training stuff and things like that.
