Could anyone tell me if your team plays worse if you go on holiday? its just somthing i've wanted to know for ages

It depends on your Assistant Manager, and his ability to man-manage, motivate and discipline.

It depends on the quality of your assistant manager,if he uses your tactic. In my opinion and from my experience, it's not that bad,but you cant make a squad rotation,and most of the times he plays with ****** players against weaker teams for league,which results in point waste.
