im going to manage holland since im 1/2 dutch and was wondering what tactic and players would you use to maximise your chances of winning ?

The formation is 4-2-2-2 (or 4-2-4). Netherlands have a really great squad available in FM11, I'd personally use a starting line-up such as this.

Robin Van Persie - Klaas Jan Huntelaar
Eljero Elia Arjen Robben
Wesley Sneijder - Mark Van Bommel
Anita - Johnny Heitinga - Maduro - van der Wiel
Stekelenburg

That's just my personal choice however - the squad still has QUALITY players such as Van Der Vaart, Van Nistelrooy, Nigel De Jong, De Zeeuw and others as substitutes. You can almost guarentee trophies with the Netherlands.
