The problem with a lot of these challenges is that they take too long or require you not to spend Boring!
Any league, Any country and the same rules apply win the title with a squad with the same nationality as the league you are playing in.
So you are not allowed to buy any players from a different league however you may loan one player a season who isn't in your designated country.
This challenge may take you more than a season you can sell all your non 'English' players if you to and try and win in your first season or you can slowly sell your non 'English' or players and keep buying more.
