Because im and idiot when it comes to the editor, i would like to make a request. Can someone please remove the home grown rule form England? It would be helpfull if you could do the same in other countries about other similar rules like the 25 man spanish rule and the Non EU players. I have a way to do it. You will have to delete all the current rules on the editor, and then put all the rules back in and not include the Home grown rule/Any similar rules.

I no it may be a difficult request, or completeley they oppisite, but should you be able to complete this, i will be extremley greatfull,
