Just wondering what you guys do with regards to buying players. I tend to look for local nationalities ie Ireland, Scotland and Wales if i'm managing in the UK. Currently I'm managing Hull City and I've only really bothered to look at EU Nationals however most have been GB.
I also seem to try to bring in players that share the same nationality as the manager I am.
e.g I'm Irish I tend to hire more Irish coaches and look at more Irish players?
Just makes the game feel a little more real... thoughts?
Also I thought it'd be interesting to post a selection of players who are British & Irish who are upcoming players with real talent.

Liam Cooper - Hull City
