Homesick player

i signed Eder balanta in the second season and he had a conversation saying he's homesick so i allowed him to go home until he feels he's ready to play again, is there a set time that players are absent for because he's been gone for about two months now.

I have never had Eder do that before. I want to say that when it has happened to me in the past, it has always been around 2 months as well, but I don't believe it is set. I think it varies by player.
